個人情報とは、お客様を識別できる情報のことを指し、お名前、生年月日、性別、ご職業、お電話番号、ご住所、メールアドレス等、これらの内の１つ又は複数を組み合わせることにより、特定の個人が識別される情報を意味するものと致します。

2. Information Use and Providing Information to Third Parties - 個人情報の利用目的と第三者提供

 

We collect personal information from our customers (residents, prospective residents, co-signers) including your name and address to operate our real estate business.
We may collect additional information as necessary when you request information or a service.
We will not use your information beyond the purpose of the use that we have previously specified, unless it is required by an applicable law.

当ホテルは、不動産関連事業を行うことに伴い、事業遂行上必要となるお客様等（入居希望者様・入居者様・連帯保証人様その他の権利者様を含む）のお名前・ご住所その他の個人情報を取得します。
また、場合によりお客様等のご要望によるサービスを提供する目的で、これら以外の個人情報を取得する場合がございます。
これら個人情報は下記の目的でのみ利用させて頂き、当該目的以外の目的に使用致しません。
なお、法令に基づく場合に限り、利用目的を超えて個人情報を取り扱う場合がございます。

3. Confidentiality and Security - 個人情報の安全管理および取り扱いについて

 

To protect your personal information from threats of improper disclosure or modification, we will maintain necessary and appropriate safeguards, which will be reviewed on a regular basis.
We provide necessary and appropriate instruction to and supervisions of our employees concerning the handling of your personal information, as a part of your privacy protection.

当ホテルは、お客様の個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損を防ぐため、必要かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じるとともにその改善に努めます。
また、個人情報の安全管理が図られるように、従業員に個人情報を取り扱わせるにあたっては必要かつ適切な監督を行います。

We may provide your personal information to our commissioned business partners that we believe to be responsible, solely for facilitating specific real estate services that we provide.
These business partners will be selected only if they provide reliable privacy protection.

当ホテルは、上記事業に関する業務を円滑に進めるため、業務の一部を委託し、業務委託先に対して、適法且つ適式な手続に従い必要な範囲で個人情報を提供することがございます。
この場合、当ホテルは個人情報の保護に十分な措置を講じているものを選定し、これらの業務委託先との間で取り扱いに関する秘密保持契約の締結を始め、厳正に監督及び管理を行います。
